Join Bea Ogden, a certified forest therapy guide of Luminous Together, for a forest bathing experience. Engage in sensory activities, mindful walking techniques and take part in reflective sharing. Move at your own pace and embrace the wisdom of the land.Cost: free; parking fee $5/car, $7/van or bus Ages: 10 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.Difficulty: easyAdvanced registration is required. Space is limited to 15.
