The technical bit.
Each device runs an NTP-corrected clock that's accurate to a few milliseconds. When a Syncro fires, every participating phone gets the same signal at the same instant via WebSocket, and renders the same frame, on the same timeline, against the same shared background.
For interactive types like Decision votes and Snap captures, every device shares its state through a real-time channel. You see the votes come in live. You see the photos reveal together. You see the ball bounce across screens like one continuous device.
